The source of the granite, suggests the scent bottle was made in Scotland. One end of the bottle which has a granite stopper allows it to be filled with perfume. The other end, has two compartments, the top contains a picture frame, whilst the lower one contains a vinaigrette with its original stopper.
Condition - some dings to the silver mounts, the hinge on the vinaigrette is broken, otherwise in good antique condition.
Symbolism - Granite, a symbol of strength and resilience, is celebrated for its grounding and protective properties.
